- Pursuant to Board of Commissioners’ Ordinance No. O-52-01, board members are paid $25 for each meeting/hearing attended.
MISSION
- The Code Enforcement Hearing Board issues orders and imposes civil fines for violations of the nuisance code. The board has the power to enforce any ordinance, including zoning ordinance or regulation adopted by the city so long as the violation of the ordinance is classified as a civil offense or the ordinance established civil fines as the penalty to be imposed on any person who violates the ordinance.
