Westside Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan

Description

For almost a decade, the City and its partners have been working with the community to revitalize the Westside Neighborhood. The draft strategic plan specifically addresses the future reuse of City-owned properties in the area with the goal of developing a public infrastructure and open space strategy for unlocking value of these sites. The plan also explores concepts for the sites to determine appropriate scale and density as a baseline to develop a final plan.
