Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA) Report 2013-2017

Description

The NRSA encompasses Census Tracts 603, 607, 670, and 671.  Approval of the NRSA by the City of Covington and the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development allows the City greater flexibility with its CDBG funds in the designated area.
